Alan Lim
Chief Executive - SEA

The founder of MediaBanc Group, Alan Lim, completed his MBA and B.S. in Marketing from the United States, and started off his career in the Client Servicing department at Asatsu Advertising (M) Sdn Bhd. Soon. As he rose through the ranks to become a director of the agency, he had also completed a year stint in Asatsu International in Tokyo, Japan and Marketing and Management Consultancy firm - Pacific Forum Group of Companies. He started MediaBanc in 1997 with the foresight that there will be a growing need for monitoring of advertisements in the print and electronic media. Alan’s favourite expression and philosophy is "Information Is King" and through an internal culture based on the belief in "One Heart", Alan has built MediaBanc into SEA’s largest media intelligence provider, operating in six countries, with more than 250 employees and has acquired numerous awards and recognitions.




Warren R. Delos Reyes II
Sales & Client Retention Director - SEA

Upon completing his MBA and B.S. in Economics at Dela Salle University, Warren Delos Reyes started off his career in Banking as an Account Officer. After which, he worked for the Philippine Stock Exchange as a Business Development Officer and later on, as the head of the Corporate Communications Department. He also worked with Pepsi Cola Philippines as Territory Sales Manager. Mr. Delos Reyes also became an Economics professor at Jose Rizal University from 2001 to 2003. In 2005, Warren joined MediaBanc Manila Monitoring Services Manila as its Country Manager before he was promoted to Regional Country Manager overseeing Manila, Singapore and Jakarta operations. Presently, Warren functions as the Chief Operating Officer for the Mediabanc Group. He is responsible for managing strategic and daily operations to provide exceptional customer service to all clients of MediaBanc located in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.




Candice Lee
Production Director - SEA

Candice began her career after completing her Advanced Diploma in Business Administration (A.B.E) and after working in several industries, she was hired as a Media Executive in MediaBanc in 1998. Today, she is the Deputy COO of MediaBanc Group and oversees the operations of MediaBanc KL and MediaBanc HCMC taking the role of Regional Country Manager for both countries. As Deputy COO, she heads the Production Team of MediaBanc Group to ensure that the group’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being implemented across six countries to achieve the objectives of the Production Team which is timely delivery and accuracy in all the areas related to production.




Michelle Sum
Chief Financial Officer - SEA

Upon completing her ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Certificate Stage, Michelle started off her career with Asiatic Development Berhad (A subsidiary of Genting Berhad) in Property Division as Finance Executive. She later joined Mandarin Court Hotel as Assistant Accountant to run the Finance department before joining the MediaBanc team in 2001. During her 9 years working in MediaBanc, she has set up the Finance departments for offices in Manila, Bangkok & Ho Chi Minh. She was subsequently promoted to become Finance Manager to oversee the whole Group Finance department which consists of 6 offices with 10 registered companies throughout South-East-Asia. Currently, Michelle is both a director & shareholder of the group and functions as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing both Finance & Human Resources departments that consists of more than 30 staffs.




Cyril Ng
Marketing Director - SEA

Cyril completed his MBA at Westminister, UK in 1997 and is known by his peers to be "able to sell anything to anyone". With 10 years of Asia Pacific management experience, where 6 years includes China, combined with a diverse marketing background, Cyril has an acute leadership quality and analytical capability. Grown from lower management, he has gained and sustained a foundation in most aspect of workflow operation and people management in various cultures. At the age of 29, Cyril was already GM for a large Japanese firm demonstrating a true recognition of his potential given the hierarchical constraints of that culture. By 31, he was the youngest regional Director in Asia for a global American public software company. His present position as the Chief Marketing Officer in MediaBanc entails overseeing Marketing, Sales & Customer Support.
